Callard
has developed guidance for each sport liaison
that will outline our approved logos, approved
colors and designs. They will also be able to
tell how you can and cannot use them as directed
by the OOAB Board, the OOHS Athletic Department
and Olentangy Local Schools.

The
Board knows how challenging it can be to know how
and who to use for items. Callard will provide each
liaison with individual training in how to select
items, profit management, brand and timing. |
| Quality
and Delivery |
|
Over
the last two years of our existence, OOAB has struggled
with quality and delivery issues. Sometime this
has become a reality because of the sheer number
of vendors we have used, meaning, we did not have
much leverage because we did not have buying power
or assurance of performance. Callard has promised
OOAB that their focus is to train, teach, meet and
exceed performance expectations. |

Fulfillment |

Callard
has built an OOAB
web site that will give our sports liaisons
the opportunity to do sales online. This will give
sports chances to develop sales where they will
only need to promote their items sales. No more
collecting of order forms, checks, credit card numbers.
Sports can fulfill without ever touching the items

OOAB
makes every attempt to manage our processes and
costs. Moving our processes through one primary
vendor, frees our treasurer to be able to concentrate
on managing and improving our cash flow to the teams.
We are saving money that can be re directed back
to our sports! |

Callard
has a terrific show room in New Albany a short 15-20
minute drive will put our sports liaisons in a very
creative environment where you will be able to see,
touch and develop the best items for sale to raise
funds. |
| Varsity
Letter Jackets |
|
 Varsity
letter jackets are on sale now! Callard has sample
jackets in the main office for sizing purposes and
you can purchase your jackets through Callard. They
have access to the same jacket and manufacturer
as local vendors do and you will be able to save
as much as $30.00 per jacket by going through
OOAB. As well, your jacket will be identical to
those purchased locally and OOAB benefits from your
purchase while still saving you money! Pricing lists
and order forms are available at the school or on
line. |

We
have developed some general Booster items for
sale as well as many of our teams have set up
or will be setting up web based sales. This allows
you the flexibility of paying by credit card and
in the case of some of the items, have those items
shipped directly to you!
You
can link
directly to Callard and see tabs on the left
that will take you to any open stores or merchandise
sales that are ongoing. As well, you can use Callard
for your sports team fund raising needs. You

Please
remember that all fund raising where merchandise
will be purchased for resale must go through Callard
unless you have contacted the OOAB Board for permission
